Description
A two-light wall sconce, constructed from brass or a brass-toned metal, featuring a central ornate acanthus leaf motif reminiscent of Baroque or Rococo revival styles. Two curved arms extend from the central mounting plate, each terminating in a decorative bobeche and a candle-style socket. Each socket is topped with an off-white, trapezoidal fabric shade with striped trim. The metal components display a golden finish.
Condition report:
The metal components show visible patination and some darker areas consistent with age or an antique treatment. The fabric shades exhibit general dust accumulation and some minor fraying along the top and bottom edges.
