Description
A framed print after Robert Adam, depicting the Elevation of the East Front of Luton-Park House, originally designed in 1767. This architectural print features a large, symmetrical Neoclassical building with a central columned portico and flanking wings. The drawing is executed in a style consistent with ink or graphite on paper. In the upper right, handwritten script translates to ‘Design for a General Royal Hospital in the County of Dublin.’ A white label on the lower right corner of the frame reads ‘KENNEDY DUBLIN’ and ‘127/349.’ The print is presented under glass within a decorative, multi-toned wooden frame.
Condition report:
Good overall condition, with no obvious damage to the print or frame. Reflections obscure some details.
