Description
A French Louis XV style two-tier side table, likely a console or occasional table, featuring a scalloped top and a smaller, similarly shaped lower shelf. The table exhibits Rococo Revival or French Provincial-inspired styling, characterized by its cabriole legs with carved leaf motifs on the knees and decorative scrollwork on the apron. It is constructed from a dark-stained hardwood, possibly mahogany or walnut, and incorporates dark metal stretcher elements connecting the legs. Two white labels are affixed, both marked « Pre-Auction LOT 379 ».
