Description
A double-arm wall sconce, executed in the Colonial Revival style, featuring a traditional decorative motif with a central acanthus leaf and scrollwork. The fixture is constructed from brass-toned metal, supporting two fabric, bell-shaped lamp shades trimmed in gold-colored banding. It accommodates two candle-style light bulbs. A small white sticker on the left bobeche indicates « MAX 40W ».
Condition report:
Consistent patina to metal elements. Visible cobwebs on shades and arms, suggesting the item is used and requires cleaning. Structurally sound. Overall good condition.
