Description
A vintage photo album, dating from the early to mid-20th century, likely between the 1920s and 1940s. The album features a dark brown, textured faux leather or paper cover with a fabric spine, embossed with the cursive English text « Holiday Memories. » Inside, numerous silver gelatin prints are affixed to dark paper pages, depicting families, children, and adults in casual settings such as beaches and gardens. Some pages bear handwritten captions, including « Scarbro » and « Handlington. » Accompanying the album are two loose black and white photographic prints. These prints depict beach scenes; one is marked « X1577 » and the other « X 18 49. »
