Description
A vintage Baird Tapemaster BSR reel-to-reel tape recorder. The unit is presented in a dark grey, suitcase-style case with faux wood-grain textured side panels and brass-toned hardware, consistent with a mid-20th century design. When opened, the recorder deck features a grey and off-white plastic control panel. It is fitted with two clear plastic tape reels containing brown magnetic tape. Key visible markings include « TAPEMASTER » and « B A I R D » on the main panel, along with a « BSR » logo. Control labels are present for « RECORDING LEVEL OR VOLUME, » « TONE, » and basic transport functions (play, stop, rewind, fast forward). An input/output panel is labeled « EXT. L.S. », « RADIO/GRAM », and « MIC. OR DIODE. » The unit appears visually complete and structurally intact.
