Description
This collection consists of five retail box flight and combat simulations for the PC platform, dating from the early to mid-1990s. The lot includes Star Wars X-Wing Space Combat Simulator by Lawrence Holland and Edward Kilham, produced by LucasArts and featuring the LucasArts and iMUSE logos. Also included is B-1 Nuclear Bomber from Microcomputer Games, a division of The Avalon Hill Game Company, presented in a yellow and purple cardboard box. Falcon 3.0 is presented in a silver-finish cardboard box bearing the Spectrum HoloByte name and logos for the Electronic Battlefield Series. F/A-18E Super Hornet features logos for DID, Ocean, and Interplay. Flight Unlimited is a Looking Glass Technologies production published by Virgin. Each item is housed in its original large-format printed cardboard retail packaging. Printed markings include a white and red circular VGA label on the Star Wars X-Wing box and a small white price sticker residue on the front face of the Falcon 3.0 box. The F/A-18E box displays the DID and Ocean corporate logos.
