Description
An HO scale model diesel locomotive manufactured by Athearn, finished in the blue and yellow livery of the Santa Fe railway. The locomotive features a dark blue plastic body shell with the yellow text Santa Fe printed on the sides of the long hood. The road number 1762 is printed in yellow on the cab sides. The model is built on a metal chassis with a four-axle wheel configuration and includes fitted handrail details. The locomotive is housed in its original light blue and yellow cardboard box. The box displays an illustrated landscape scene and a black and yellow diamond-shaped cartouche containing the printed script name Athearn and the words IN MINIATURE. The packaging also bears the printed text TRAINS, AUTHENTIC – REALISTIC, and Scaled from official blue prints.
