A printed inscription at the lower left of both images reads H. Alken del.t. The top right corner of both prints bears the printed text I. Clark sculp.t. Centred below the image border on both works is the publisher information London, Published by T. McLean, Jan.y 1, 1820. The titles HAWKING. and PHEASANT SHOOTING. are printed in the bottom margin. The works are housed in matching narrow gilt-wood frames with a green inner accent and are mounted behind glass.
