Description
A decorative wooden model of a four-masted sailing ship, resembling Mediterranean maritime models by Lizipai, presented on a black-painted wooden display stand. The wooden hull is finished in a navy blue and white colour scheme above a red-painted keel, featuring a row of white-painted portholes and a small gold-tone chain detail at the bow. The ship is fully rigged with cream-coloured fabric sails, a portion of which are furled, and a small French tricolour flag is visible at the stern. The construction is characteristic of contemporary decorative arts and crafts intended for interior furnishing.
