Description
An original Star Wars Episode I Flash Speeder vehicle toy, manufactured by Hasbro in 1998. The vehicle is constructed from moulded plastic and finished in a teal blue colour with battle damage detailing. Integrated mechanical features include a launching laser cannon, a flip-up battle damage panel, and a slide-out gunner platform. The vehicle is designed to seat four 3.75 inch action figures, which were sold separately. The item is housed in its original illustrated retail box, which displays the Star Wars Episode I branding and a character image of Darth Maul. The box retains a vintage retail price sticker from Forbidden Planet, Broadmead Bristol for 19.99 pounds. The reverse of the box features printed manufacturer details including TM and 1998 HASBRO, INC. Pawtucket, Rhode Island 02862 and Made in China C-060A. A secondary white barcode sticker is applied over the original printed barcode.
