Description
A factory-sealed 4-disc DVD box set of the original Star Wars Trilogy, comprising Episode IV: A New Hope, Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back, and Episode VI: Return of the Jedi. Produced by Lucasfilm Ltd. and distributed by 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment, this 2004 release includes the three original films and a fourth bonus disc containing over four hours of special features. The films are digitally THX mastered with 5.1 Surround EX audio. The set is housed in a reflective silver and black slipcase. The front cover features a silver-line artistic rendering of Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia, Han Solo, C-3PO, and R2-D2. The reverse side displays a large, stylized silver graphic of Darth Vader’s helmet. The side panel lists the Roman numerals IV, V, and VI with their respective film titles. The packaging includes a yellow triangle PG rating symbol from the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC), identifying this as a United Kingdom/Region 2 release. A promotional sticker on the reverse reads: FIRST TIME ON DVD! 4-DISC SET.
