The packaging features a bright yellow backing card with a prominent red and white header reading HUSKY in large block letters followed by a registered trademark symbol, positioned above the title PUBLIC WORKS EMPLOYEES. A white circular device to the left of the header depicts a husky dog’s head. The lower edge of the card is printed with the red text Made in Hong Kong. The reverse of the card is printed in brown ink and carries the slogan ALWAYS SOMETHING NEW above an illustration of various toys including a garage, saloon cars, a tractor, and a cement mixer.
