A Pair of Graham Farish N Gauge 12 Ton Pipe Wagons in BR Bauxite Livery
Description
A pair of N gauge model railway freight wagons representing British Railways (BR) 12-ton pipe wagons, manufactured by Graham Farish. The models feature plastic bodies finished in Bauxite brown with die-cast metal chassis components and metal wheels. Both wagons are equipped with standard N gauge rapid-style couplings. The first wagon is finished in BR Bauxite (Late) livery and is printed with the running number B484163 and the text PIPE V.B. 12T. The second wagon is finished in BR Bauxite (Early) livery and is printed with the running number B741318 and the text PIPE 12T and XP. Each model is housed in its original black and yellow window display box with an internal clear plastic cradle. The front of each box is printed with the Graham Farish logo, the text GRAHAM FARISH, Scale 1:148/N, and the website www.grahamfarish.co.uk. The end flaps of the boxes bear white adhesive labels; one is printed with 377-777, 12 TON PIPE WAGON, BR BAUXITE (LATE) and barcode 8 03393 03447 4, while the other is printed with 377-776, 12 TON PIPE WAGON, BR BAUXITE (EARLY) and barcode 8 03393 03446 7. A white adhesive label fragment remains on the upper right corner of the left-hand box (photo 1).
