Lot 419:
A German Rosenthal Crystal Glass Wondrous Dolphins Vase
Description
A clear and frosted crystal glass vase produced in Germany by Rosenthal. The vessel features a tapered rectangular form with a curved profile. The decoration consists of two dolphins depicted in high relief on the interior surface, which have been frosted to create a matte contrast against the polished, clear glass body. The dolphins are rendered in a swimming posture, overlapping one another. On the lower right side of the front face, there is a small, etched mark consisting of a stylized horizontal line with a circle above it, followed by the name Rosenthal.
