Two Small Desktop Clocks Comprising a Miniature Anniversary Style Clock and an Octagonal Travel Clock
Description
This lot features two small decorative timepieces. The first is a miniature anniversary style mantel clock, constructed with a cream plastic base and a gold-tone plastic frame housed under a clear plastic dome. The circular gold-tone dial features a white chapter ring with black Roman numerals and ornate black hands, surrounding a decorative foliate centre. Below the dial is a rotating torsion pendulum. The dial features a central logo and text that is not legible. The second item is a small octagonal travel or desk clock with a chrome-plated metal case. It features a rectangular champagne-coloured dial with Arabic numerals and a railroad minute track. The dial is marked with the word FOREIGN at the six o’clock position. The hands are syringe-style with aged luminous infill. Two winding and setting crowns are visible on the reverse of the case.
