Description
A Royal Stafford Heritage bone china teacup. This single-handled, footed teacup features a rich decorative scheme with a deep cobalt blue ground extensively adorned with intricate gold scrollwork and diaper patterns. White reserves, edged with gold and a subtle basket-weave motif, display hand-painted floral bouquets primarily featuring pink and yellow roses and other small blossoms. The cup has a delicate, C-shaped handle with gold accents. The underside bears a red printed maker’s mark featuring a crown motif, which reads “Heritage, ” “Royal Stafford, ” “BONE CHINA, ” “MADE IN ENGLAND, ” and “ESTD 1845.”
