Description
A Niagara Furniture Hepplewhite style Clover Back Side Chair and coordinating writing desk, both constructed from dark polished wood, likely mahogany. The chair features a distinctive neoclassical-style backrest with a heart-shaped frame surrounding a central carved fan or urn motif, and slender tapered legs. Its drop-in seat cushion is upholstered in an olive-green velvet-like fabric. The writing desk is designed with a rectangular top, a central drawer flanked by two deeper pedestal drawers on each side, all fitted with circular brass pull handles, and supported by tapered legs with bracket feet.
