Description
A six-light chandelier, predominantly crafted from brass or a bronze-toned metal, featuring a classical revival style with ornate detailing. It comprises a central decorative column suspended by a linked chain from a ceiling rose, supporting five outward-curving arms. Each arm terminates in a faux-candle light fitting with a fluted bobeche, topped by a scalloped shade with a contrasting trim. A sixth light is positioned centrally, pointing downwards, also with a shade. The metalwork is richly adorned with acanthus leaf motifs, scrollwork, and foliate designs.
Condition report:
Good overall condition. All lights appear functional. Natural patina to metal surfaces consistent with age. No apparent losses or significant damages.
