Description
A French Louis XV style eight-light chandelier, suspended by a metal chain. The fixture features scrolled arms, each supporting an upward-facing electric candle-style light. The central body comprises a decorative basin adorned with foliate or acanthus leaf motifs, surmounted by a smaller ornate top section. Constructed from metal, the chandelier displays a mixed finish, with bright brass or gilded elements on the upper central portion and a darker, bronzed or patinated finish on the arms and candle cups. The design is consistent with a late 19th to early 20th-century decorative style.
Condition report:
Good overall condition. All eight bulbs are illuminated. No visible damage or missing components. Minor wear consistent with age and use.
