Description
This lot consists of a double-barreled side-by-side external hammer break-action shotgun and its accompanying soft carrying case. The firearm features blued steel barrels and a dark wooden stock, likely walnut, which includes checkered panels on the wrist and fore-end for grip. The metal components, including the receiver and locks, show rudimentary engraved detailing typical of late 19th or early 20th-century manufacture.
