Description
A framed copper-toned repoussé relief plaque depicting a De Dion Bouton 1904 automobile in profile. The plaque is mounted on a dark background within a simple wooden frame. It is inscribed “DE DION BOUTON 1904” at the bottom center and bears a stylized signature, possibly “R.L.”, on the lower left. The reverse features a label identifying it as “HAND WROUGHT BY — ROBERT HALFORD, 15 Moreton Place, London, S.W. 1,” attached to a particle board backing.
