Description
An original U2 1987 wall calendar featuring photography by Anton Corbijn. The front page or month page displays a colour group portrait of band members Bono, The Edge, Adam Clayton, and Larry Mullen Jr. against a mottled grey background. The item is spiral-bound at the top with a metal coil and includes a pre-cut hanging notch. Text on the left side includes the vertical numbers 1 through 31 and the year 1 9 8 7. The circular U=2 logo and the word CALENDAR are printed vertically. Credits on the page identify the photography as being by Anton Corbijn and the design by Steve Averill for The Creative Department Limited Dublin. The piece was printed by Danilo Printing Limited and published by Danilo Promotions Limited, London, in association with Great Northern Publishing, Seattle. Visible markings include ISBN 0-914229-34-6 and barcode 0 89923 00023 6.
