A Pair of Spot-On by Tri-ang Die-Cast 1/42 Scale Model Cars
Description
This lot comprises two die-cast metal toy cars manufactured in the United Kingdom. Both models are constructed in 1:42 scale and feature plastic interiors with rubber tires.
The first model is a Fiat 500 finished in red paint. The underside of the grey chassis features an impressed stylized logo for “Tri-ang”, followed by the printed text “MODELS by SPOT-ON”, “1/42 SCALE”, “FIAT 500”, and “MADE IN THE UNITED KINGDOM”. The vehicle is fitted with a cream-coloured interior, a black steering wheel, and silver-painted bumpers. It displays black license plate decals at the front and rear reading “CMO 118”.
The second model is a Meadows FriskySport featuring a two-tone light blue body and a grey roof. The underside of the chassis is marked with impressed lettering reading “SPOT-ON”, “MODELS by Tri-ang”, “1/42 SCALE”, “FRISKY SPORT”, and “MADE IN GT. BRITAIN”. The car includes a cream interior and black steering wheel. Front and rear license plates are present with the characters “LBL 100”.
