Description
A Corgi Classics die-cast model of a Bedford Pantechnicon ‘Billy Smee Wardrobe’ from the Chipperfields Circus series, model number 97092. The vehicle features a red and blue circus livery with printed text for Chipperfields Circus and Banbury. The model is constructed from die-cast metal with plastic components. This set is complete with its original pictorial cardboard box and internal protective tray. Included documentation consists of a Limited Edition certificate, numbered 09997 of 12,500 produced, a Chipperfields’ Clowns collector card featuring a clown illustration, and a Classic Collectables promotional leaflet. The lot also contains a large, folded replica poster featuring a clown face and circus graphics with text in both English and Japanese, dated for a 1987 performance period. Printed markings on the packaging and certificate confirm the manufacturer as Corgi Classics and the model number as 97092.
