Description
A Corgi commemorative set titled The East Kent Set – 75 Years 1916-1991 Quality Service, reference number 97750. The set features a pair of die-cast model buses finished in the traditional maroon and cream livery of the East Kent Road Car Co. Ltd. The pair consists of one AEC Regal bus and one Bedford OB coach, both featuring East Kent lettering to the sides. The models are housed in the original illustrated presentation box, which includes a brief history of the company titled The Early Years printed on the interior lid. The set is accompanied by a Corgi Limited Edition certificate of authenticity, numbered 07657 of a total production run of 10,000. The vehicles are secured within a moulded protective tray with original tissue paper padding.
