Not sold
Description
A watercolour and ink landscape on paper, depicting a wooded scene. The composition features slender tree trunks, likely birches, situated alongside a dry stone wall and a track. The work employs a pen-and-wash technique, with detailed ink line work defining the textures of the foliage and stonework, overlaid with muted green, brown, and grey washes. The work is signed in the lower right corner in black ink reading Geo Lawson. The painting is presented in a simple wooden frame with a thin gilt-finished inner lip and is set behind a cream-coloured mount.
