A Trio of Decorative Costume Brooches
Description
An assortment of three decorative brooches featuring floral and animal motifs. The first piece is a floral sunburst design in a yellow gold-tone metal, featuring a central round red faceted stone surrounded by six marquise-cut yellow stones and an outer border of twelve smaller round-cut red stones, all claw-set. The second item is a butterfly brooch with four wings finished in mottled red, purple, and yellow cloisonné-style enamel within a silver-tone metal frame. The wing edges and central body are accented with small clear diamante stones. The third brooch depicts a stylized swan in profile, featuring a gold-tone metal body with cream textured enamel simulating feathers. The swan is detailed with a single green stone eye and clear diamante accents along the neck, tail, and base. The reverse of these items is not visible, and no maker’s marks or hallmarks are observable on the front-facing surfaces.
