Description
A bed ensemble comprising a bed frame, headboard, and fabric half-tester, measuring 150 x 200cm. The bed features a dark-stained wooden headboard adorned with carved scrollwork at its crest. Above, a fabric half-tester or canopy is suspended, draped with a chintz-style textile displaying a vibrant floral and foliage pattern in shades of red, green, and cream. The canopy is accented by a decorative tassel fringe and lined with a plain, light-colored fabric. The bed is dressed with white linen and a light-toned quilted coverlet. Flanking the bed are two matching dark-stained wooden bedside tables, each supporting a brass-toned table lamp with a pleated fabric shade. The ensemble reflects a classical or revival aesthetic.
