The tapestry, likely executed in wool and silk, depicts a grand ceremonial event in an exotic court, featuring a regal figure on an elevated throne, surrounded by numerous attendants, soldiers, an elephant, and exotic animals such as peacocks and flamingos. Architectural elements are present, alongside a richly detailed border featuring floral and acanthus scroll motifs. The tapestry is professionally mounted within a gilded frame.
