A vintage scrapbook or album, bound in discolored cardboard or heavy paper, containing numerous pasted-in pictorial cigarette cards from the early to mid-20th century. The collection features cards predominantly identified by visible text such as „PLAYER’S CIGARETTES“ and „WILLS’S CIGARETTES.“ The cards depict a wide array of natural history subjects including various flowers, birds (notably from the ‚Birds & Their Young‘ series, such as „The Golden Oriole“), marine life (fish, shells, crabs, sharks), large mammals (e.g., hippopotamus, lion, polar bear, king penguins), diverse dog breeds (e.g., „Chow-Chow, “ „Rough Collie“), and trees. One page also features a real sycamore seed affixed with handwritten English text stating, „sycamore seed is spread by the wind.“
