Description
A vintage brass miner’s safety lamp by Hockley & Limelight Company, characterized by its cylindrical form. It features a glass-enclosed burner section at the base and a steel carrying hook attached to the top. An oval plaque is prominently displayed on the main body, reading «LAMP & LIMELIGHT» along the top curve, «COLLIERY NO.» and «SERIAL NO.» centrally (both fields currently blank), and «HOOKLEY COMPANY» along the bottom curve.
