Description
A vintage brass miner’s safety lamp by Hockley & Limelight Company, characterized by its cylindrical form. It features a glass-enclosed burner section at the base and a steel carrying hook attached to the top. An oval plaque is prominently displayed on the main body, reading « LAMP & LIMELIGHT » along the top curve, « COLLIERY NO. » and « SERIAL NO. » centrally (both fields currently blank), and « HOOKLEY COMPANY » along the bottom curve.
