A vintage, orange, spiral-bound scrapbook featuring a stylized “SCRAP BOOK” title and two black Scottish Terrier dog silhouettes, alongside the text “FOR PHOTOGRAPHS AND NEWS-CUTTINGS AND MEMORIES.” The interior contains numerous aged, yellowed newspaper clippings and printed pages, primarily from the mid-1930s, with headlines such as “KING EDWARD VIII PROCLAIMED IN BIRMINGHAM, ” “HIS MAJESTY FLIES TO LONDON, ” “The Kneeling King and Queen, ” and “THEIR MAJESTIES ENTER CITY.” The content also includes references to events from 1922, 1924, 1927, 1929, 1930, and 1934, largely centering on the British Royal Family, royal events, and contemporary news, with some general advertisements visible.
