Description
A Neoclassical-style demilune cabinet, attributed to Baker Furniture, crafted from veneered wood with contrasting satinwood and mahogany tones. The semicircular form features a glass top protector and stands on four tapered legs. The two cabinet doors are intricately inlaid with marquetry, depicting an urn or vase within an oval motif on one door, and a radiating sunburst pattern within a circular motif on the adjacent door. A “Pre-auction LOT 113” sticker is present on the glass surface.
Condition report:
Good overall condition, consistent with age and use. The polished finish is well-maintained. No immediately visible significant damage, veneer loss, or repairs noted upon initial inspection. Minor surface wear and polishing marks may be present.
