Description
A pair of Victorian French style armchairs, each featuring an exposed dark-stained hardwood frame with gracefully curved top rails, open arms, and turned or reeded front legs. They are upholstered in a deep magenta or plum-colored velvet fabric, indicative of late 19th to early 20th-century design.
Condition report:
Good overall condition. The velvet upholstery shows expected signs of light wear and pile compression consistent with age and use. The wooden frames remain structurally sound.
