Description
A lot of seven (7) Great Britain George V silver Shillings, dated 1922 and 1929. The obverse of each coin features a right-facing laureate bust of King George V, encircled by the Latin legend « GEORGIVS V DEI GRA BRITT OMN REX » (George V, by the Grace of God, King of all Britons). The reverse uniformly depicts a crowned lion standing on a crown, with the denomination « ONE SHILLING » below, and the dates 1928 or 1929, all surrounded by « FID DEF IND IMP » (Defender of the Faith, Emperor of India). No mint marks are visible.
